Buyer is responsible for all dismantling, de-installation, rigging, crating, loading, permits, hauling at own risk and expense.

Bidder must supply all equipment for removal of the unit Bidder must arrange their own packing/freight/shipping/delivery/re-installation/and commissioning charges

A certificate of liability insurance and Vendor insurance to satisfy the property management team will be required from the buyer or buyer’s agent before the commencement of any work.

Seller, property management company and Surplus Marketplace reserves the right to stop any removal work in progress if buyer or buyer’s agent is not in compliance with, or in violation of job site rules and regulations.

No refunds will be made in the event the buyer defaults on the removal schedule
