Special removal requirements and insurance requirements, please see below:

Removal of the equipment must be on Friday, August 5th, 2022 from 8 am to 4 pm, No extensions.

Bidder must hire an experienced firm to de-commission the system to ensure all safety protocols are followed.                                         

Bidder must use floor protection in the building Bidder must not damage the existing flooring, walls, etc in the RAD room and suite when removing and transporting equipment out. 

Buyer is responsible for all dismantling, de-installation, rigging, crating, loading, permits, and hauling at their own risk and expense. 

Bidder must supply all equipment for removal of the unit

Bidder must arrange their own packing/freight/shipping/delivery/re-installation/and commissioning charges

A certificate of liability insurance and Vendor insurance to satisfy the property management team will be required from the buyer or buyer’s agent before the commencement of any work.

Seller, property management company and Surplus Marketplace reserves the right to stop any removal work in progress if the buyer or buyer’s agent is not in compliance with, or violation of job site rules and regulations.

No refunds will be made in the event the buyer defaults on the removal schedule
