Item removal MUST occur within 4 business days of auction closing, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, must schedule pickup appointment. If multiple days are needed for removal, please schedule additional appointments for pickup. Building is restricted access and all pickups will need to be escorted while in the building. Please call when you are at the Parking Lot location.  Items remaining beyond this time will be considered abandoned and revert back to seller property. No refunds will be given if buyer defaults on removal schedule. If you cannot meet the removal requirements please refrain from bidding.
