Item removal MUST occur within 3 business days of auction closing, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. If multiple days are needed for removal, please plan on only having access to the building between 8am-3:30pm. Items remaining beyond this time will be considered abandoned and revert back to seller property. No refunds will be given if buyer defaults on removal schedule. If you cannot meet the removal requirements please refrain from bidding.
